Valentine's Day on My Pine Hutch

I have had two weeks straight of grey skies.  Getting images of my Valentine Decor on my Pine Hutch has been next to impossible.  Since Valentine's Day is Tuesday, I thought I would take the best images that I can right now and show you how cute it looks.

I love my vintage skates...but I gotta say, the jar with the vintage dice is quickly becoming one of my favorite new finds. The heavy felt garland was a recent purchase at Pier One for about 7 bucks.

Just wanted to pop in today and share a few images.

How fun! I love the roller skates and bought a similar pair for our grandson's room. The jar of dice is a cute addition and the red metal box looks like a child's toolbox I saw recently.

Although we have sunny skies today, most of our winter months are gray and overcast. Not at all good for indoor photos. Have you been following "It's Overflowing" for her camera series? Lots of great tips!

I just love your "love" sign. I want to make a sign like that sometime, but I'm not sure what word I'll pick. Guess what? I still have my roller skates like those. I'm pretty sure I lost the key, but I had it for a really long time. (Remember, I'm old.) Have a great day.

Looks great! I do not do any decorating for Valentine's Day. You have motivated me to do something. Your display is so welcoming. Great pics! Blessings!

Before I even read your last comment I was thinking how I loved those dice in a jar! So cool, but I also love your skates and your LOVE sign.

First of all I forgot to mention yesterday how I LOVE that yellow table you did! Whoever criticized it ought to be horsewhipped....what are they NUTS??? My mantra for many years now has been "rejection is protection" and I have found that people that are critical of you are usually jealous! So there!
Now, as for your pine hutch "vignette"...how do you do it? It is just precious and I'm not really into Valentine's Day that much. I'm a Halloween girl...hmm...I wonder what that means? LOL! I love it all! And were'nt you the one that was looking for those hearts at Target and you didn't have enough? If you lived next door I would be over every day picking your brain for ideas! Ha! Ha! But I guess I can get plenty of inspiration from your blog! I needed that! We're supposed to be getting an ice storm so I was out gathering kindling and bringing wood in from the wood pile but right now the sun is shining brightly...hard to believe we're going to get anything but we will. The last time I was out of power for 8 days...not fun! I'm better prepared this time. Enjoy your Sunday and thanks for sharing your talent!
