The Sweetest Days of St. Valentine Series: Quick And Easy Pink Rosette Trim Bracelet

I found this project a few months back on a blog named Rubbies and Pearls.  I pinned it to my Pinterest with the intent on tackling this little, fun project as a gift for my daughter.  Well, it took months because Joann's Fabrics were out of the jewelry finding that I needed, and quite honestly...I forgot about it altogether.

But when I was researching and testing ideas for this Valentine's Day Series, I remembered this project. I took me all of about 5 minutes to complete. If you want to see the original tutorial post over at Rubbies and Pearls click HERE.

It's a short materials list...

Materials
A piece of trim, enough to comfortably fit the person's wrist.
1 package of Blue Moon Large Ribbon Clasps. (enough for three bracelets)
A pair of Pliers, scissors

First I measured the trim around my daughter's wrist and cut it.  I then took the pliers and attached the clamp finding portion of the clasp set to each end of the rosette trim.  I simply squeezed down on the clamp making sure that it caught as deep as possible into the end of the trim to insure a good grip.  I then attached the jump rings (I used two) and the lobster clasp. Done. Simple. Sweet.

Here it is on my daughter's wrist.

She is on her way out tonight with a few girlfriends to see a basketball game.  I saw her walking out of the room just  a few minutes ago wearing this bracelet paired with a few more of her favorite bracelets.  Nice layered look.  She's got style.

So there you have it. Short, but sweet.  Oh course you can pick any type of trim your see and like.  It's a simple handmade project that I know just about anyone could pull off.  So why not you?!  If you want to order the clasp online, you can go to THIS LINK at Joann.com to purchase them.

Stay tuned for another great project in my series
