I haven't posted for a few days because I have been super busy with projects, that aren't completely ready to show you, and re-designing my blog. I hope you like the new look! I was forced into doing the work myself after trying to hire a friend, who is an amazing graphics designer, but I just wasn't communicating what I wanted well. I also contacted the power house web design graphics firm, Penny Lane. But they are so backed up with work, the wait would have been too long.
After fretting for a few days, I decided to roll up my sleeves and try doing this myself. I had read on a blog somewhere that Picnik could be used and since I am a premium member, I thought I would give it a whirl. I am super happy with what I came up with, minus the fact that I don't think the code in the box of my button is correct yet. That darn HTML is not the easiest thing to conquer. I will figure it out sometime this week. It's not like any of you really want my button!!! (nervous giggle) I am also working on a top menu bar. Hope to have that operational soon.
In the past week, I have had two features. Yep two! I don't think I have ever had two in one week!
First off, I would like to say THANK YOU to Becky over at Beyond The Picket Fence
for featuring my Night Stand Rescue. I have been an avid reader of her blog since March and
a pretty active participant in her weekly Wednesday Linky Party called
"Under $100 Linky Party."
It's a great party. Check it out this week!

also....
I also want to say THANK YOU to Julia over at 551 East Designs for featuring my
Vintage Cabinet that got a chippy makeover. I didn't even link this project to her site.
She found it somewhere 'out there' and claimed it to be one of her
"Favorite Friday Finds." How cool is that?!!
Gotta get going....I have a ton of projects in the works. Hope to show you some of them this week! Hey, by the way.....also....Have you noticed all the mercury glass that is out this season? Wow! What a design trend on steroids! Maybe I will talk a little bit about that this week too! Stay tuned. Enjoy the day!
-The End-
